I initially came in feeling desperate to find help for my 14-year-old child, who had been diagnosed with depression and whose doctor was recommending antidepressants. Before pursuing that route, which I was very hesitant about, I wanted to explore holistic options and determine whether there might be an underlying cause contributing to my child's symptoms. Alissa has been there every step of the way, answering my calls, patiently responding to my many questions, and recommending supplements and testing options I had never even heard of before. She and Eli suggested starting with NAD+ injections, and while it was an investment, we decided it was worth trying. We received thorough instruction on how to administer them, and I was encouraged to see improvements in my child that I hadn't seen in quite some time. We also pursued micronutrient testing, and although the clinic closer to my home unfortunately lost my child's blood samples, Alissa stepped in to help. She made a few calls on our behalf and arranged for a replacement test to be completed at Revived at no additional charge. When the results came back, she took the time to review everything with me in detail and explained that my child was deficient in several nutrients important for brain health. She developed a supplement plan that is straightforward and only needs to be followed for a couple of months, which was very reassuring. Alissa even ordered the supplements for us and provided detailed instructions on when and how my child should take them. I am so grateful for her knowledge, patience, compassion, and genuine willingness to help. Thank you, Alissa, for going above and beyond for my family. The provider who was supposed to schedule me took a long time to call me to even get the first appointment, and I am so glad I found them.
