Hyperbaric Chamber Oxygen Therapy in Houston, TX
How It Works
Are you looking to recover faster, enhance cognitive function, reduce inflammation, and feel your best as you age? Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) at Revived Wellness can help you achieve those goals! This painless, non-invasive therapy delivers concentrated oxygen to your body, promoting healing and overall well-being.
At Revived Wellness, we offer medical-grade, hard-shell Hyperbaric Chambers—a key factor in maximizing the benefits of HBOT. Unlike soft-shell chambers, which provide only a fraction of the oxygen, our hard-shell chambers deliver nearly 100% oxygen, ensuring more effective and efficient results in fewer sessions.
Backed by scientific research, HBOT is revolutionizing wellness and recovery. Experience the difference at Revived Wellness and take a proactive step toward better health today!

Soft Shell vs Hard Shell
Soft Shell
- Ambient air (approximately 21% oxygen -- mostly nitrogen)
- Pressurized to a max of 1.3 ATA or depth of 8 feet
- Cannot regrow bone and tissue
- No such correlation has been made with soft chambers and healing
- Designed to temporarily treat divers and mountain climbers in route to hard chamber
- Can promote the undesirable growth of aerobic bacteria
- Does not meet the "ASME PVHO-1" standard
- Loss of electrical power and chamber rapidly deflates causing possible barotrauma to patient's ear and pneumothorax to patient's lungse
- Risk of breathing contaminated or polluted air which can be counterproductive
- No research shows healing ischemic tissue
- Some results may be obtained in the lower pressure air filled chambers, however it will take many, many more sessions and the results often do not hold, or create issues with yeast or bacteria growth
- Never designed to be used with enriched gases like 100% oxygen
- Arterial oxygen at 1.3 ata 24% oxygen is 230 mmHg (normal air pressure is 157mmHg)
Hard Shell
- 100% medical grade oxygen
- Pressurized typically to max of 2.5 ATA or depth of 66 feet
- Regrow bone and tissue in severely damaged areas of the body
- Supported by thousands of clinical studies which validate successful healing
- Designed to go to therapeutic pressures to achieve healing
- Kills harmful bacteria
- Meets the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy ("ASME PVHO-1") standard
- Loss of electrical power has no effect on pressure and oxygen flow
- No risk contaminated or polluted air. A closed system of oxygen is piped in directly from a liquid oxygen tank. The liquid oxygen is converted to a gas on-site and pumpled directly into the individual chamber. There is no outside air contamination.
- Designed to heal ischemic tissue or tissue that is restricted from receiving enough oxygen by hyper-oxygenating the body, blood and plasma
- Research shows a total of 40 treatments
- Designed to use enriched gases like 100% oxygen
- Arterial oxygen at 2.4 ATA oxygen is 1,824 mmHG (normal air pressure is 157mmHg). This refers to how much oxygen is getting into the body, what is making the changes.

HBOT RULES

Top 3 Reasons To Try Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Longevity & Anti-Aging
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a powerful tool for promoting longevity and slowing the aging process.Extensively studied for its regenerative effects, HBOT is one of the most promising methods for cellular rejuvenation. Research has shown that consistent therapy—between 20 and 60 hours—can increase telomere length, a key factor in aging and overall vitality.
Cognitive Function & Brain Health
HBOT delivers a significant boost of oxygen to the body’s organs—including the brain—helping to support cognitive function and long-term brain health. Since oxygen deprivation negatively impacts cognitive performance, ensuring proper oxygenation is essential.By increasing oxygen levels in the brain, HBOT may aid in recovery from concussions, age-related cognitive decline, and brain fog, promoting overall mental clarity and resilience.
Inflammation & Physical Recovery
HBOT transforms oxygen-deficient (hypoxic) environments into oxygen-rich (hyperoxic) ones, creating the ideal conditions for healing. When the body receives optimal oxygen levels, it can trigger a powerful, systemic recovery response. Since inflammation cannot thrive in an oxygen-rich environment, HBOT may play a key role in reducing inflammation, accelerating healing, and optimizing physical recovery.
